About

I believe in every person’s ability to change. After years working in the arts, I became a psychotherapist to expand my understanding of life’s complexities and become additive to others’ lives. Life is hard. Witnessing my client’s improved well-being is deeply satisfying. When we meet, my goal is to understand the imprint life has made on you in a non-judgmental, compassionate space and help move you to the change you desire.

I work from a psychodynamic, attachment theory based lens, and tailor treatment to clients with interdisciplinary techniques, including EMDR. My style is warm, collaborative, empathetic, and direct. I look for ways to empower you to mitigate distress and revitalize connection to oneself and/or one’s partner - romantic, creative, familial or business. Rooted in mutual trust, we investigate your history and patterns. I help you build your insight, self-understanding, self-compassion, and resilience, integrating negative experiences and untapped strengths on the path to improving the quality of your life. Together, we can support your growth, and work toward lasting, positive change.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative. I do not discriminate based on race, gender/gender identity, sexuality, age, ability, heritage, socio-economic status or religion.
